I stayed in a triple room that was spacious enough for my family of five, perfect for our one-night visit. The location was fantastic, right by all the leather and shoe shops Plus, checkout wasn't until 1:00 PM, which gave us extra time to explore before heading out.

The location is fantastic for shopping and transport.
I was given a single room instead of a double. The bed was too small for two people, causing discomfort. It wasn't just that. I had to ask multiple times for additional towels as only one was provided for the two of us. Additionally, the safe in our room was not functioning, and the front desk was unhelpful. Furthermore, the hallways had leaks due to heavy rain, creating unsafe puddles, which was quite disappointing.
